When I think about it, I should’ve been hanging out with this girl the whole time. I mean first of all, she’s hilarious. She’s so funny. I feel like this summer, I have laughed harder than I have laughed in a really long time. And she’s smart, way smarter than me. You know, she can crack top secret Russian codes. She’s honestly unlike anyone I’ve ever even met before.

Feelings, Jesus. The truth is for so long I had forgotten what those even were. I’d been stuck in one place, a cave you might say. A deep dark cave. And then I left some Eggos out in the woods and you came into my life.
I don’t want things to change. So, I think maybe that’s why I came in here, to try to maybe… stop that change. To turn back the clock. To make things go back to how they were. But I know that’s naive. It’s just… not how life works. It’s moving. Always moving, whether you like it or not.
